Yep lots of us experience this, and by lots I mean literally every single person is. Many threads about this, would be nice for Cryptic to at least say "k thx we are working on this"

It's definitely a bug, because you should never be doing *less* damage than you normally would, you should only be doing more, with the increase lowering until you hit max level (29, 39, 49, 59)

I was just going to post the exact same thing. When I was 40, I was critting for 3-5k+, and every level since, it has been dropping, with 46 being the worst so far, where I am now critting for 700-1k using the exact same skills.
