Ok, so I just went to website logged in, transaction history, no refund. So, again why did we get treated this way, for believing in the game and the company.

For our Pre-purchase, and faith in the game, and frustration, we should get that Dragon mount I keep hearing about. Just my two cents.

Wait! How come the pack is now regular price of $74.99, were we not supposed to get a discount if we pre-purchased? Am I missing something? Anyone?

Just some feedback! I as well as many with whom I chatted would have liked to see the barrels in PE along with the Winter Festival Event Vendor, so we could have traded for the lights we earned. I really put a damper and made it feel like wasted effort! And the crating should have lasted as long as the Winter Festival…

I agree with the above statement, I too am disappointed with the so called "Zenith"! What I cannot stand is the amount of skeletons that attack you on the lake. You not only are attacked by the skeleton coming out of the hole in which you are fishing but they can attack from surrounding fishing holes! I have been attacked…

This is a non-starter for me as well 3500 Zen, companion is not epic, items are low level, no thank you! Better to buy a Knight of the Feywild or Guardian of Neverwinter Pack if you do not already have one, you get WAY more value for the money!

My mistake, you are correct companions, other than those in the special packs, are character bound! Wish they would have gone forward with the ability to unbind companions!

Obviously, you have never purchased a companion or mount from the Zen store! They ARE "Account Bound"! Therefore this "version" of the hawk is NOT sufficient enough that I would buy this pack, at this time!

GBH not bound just claimable only once: Adventurer’s Helper Pack (Claimable by ONE Character on the Account) A sack of assorted Skill Kits, Identification Scrolls, and other valuable tools for a busy adventurer. Greater Bag of Holding (Claimable by ONE Character on the Account) STILL NOT WORTH IT, AT THE MOMENT!

COMPLETELY AGREE!!! WHAT A LET DOWN! I was so ready for a new cool mount and companion, "blue", really! I hope that is not an indication of the hunter/ranger as a playable character! Really, this should have been released during April Fools, as I would hope that this was really just a joke!
