I think it can be triggered by mounting your horse when in Lurker's Assault. I don't think that's the only thing though.

Umm ... you know you can't need on gear you can't equip anymore, right? I don't really like it, but I think it can be made to work if: Drop rates are increased The items are bound to account (that way you can transfer them to alts) I don't think they have a property in the game that would allow for transfer though. Thumbs up! I think Cryptic got a little overzealous. It will take a little time, but maybe they'll fix it, perhaps in a different way. I've heard sometimes they let classes just stay useless forever though.
