Each server is run on 100s of shards... They are all super servers lol. But yes the goal was always to merge into 1 massive super server after the rush. However as of last Dev track post; the ETA was completely dropped. Aka its on the side burner...UFN Obviously far more people playing then they were ever prepared for.
