For me its not totally about the game itself but how you are treated in the game by the company. Recently (as i had posted before) I got banned out of hand by the systems autoban for talking about how to obtain gold in the game (Via drops and selling things) and did so in whisper to him. There was no GM hand in it, the…
Try re-reading the post. There is no way any of that would have been harmful to anyone. It was a simple convo that got the account banned, and i wasent the only one, additionally it was a private message to my Brother in game, not over zone chat and had nothing to do with linking a web site OR gold selling. I have a ticket…
it is, and its coded so badly that it gives you this warning AFTER you attempt to send the message then bans you. I wonder who eles its banned at the mention of 'gold'. do the spammers even SELL gold? all i ever see is ads for AD..
Your not alone but I do not support the 'holy trinity'. We have had years of sitting around in Q's, yelling into Zone "Need a healer for X dungeon!" "Need a tank for X dungeon!". Do not get me wrong, it does work in alot of systems, but even NW Q system can not even get on board with this as evidence of how random your…
Or, and this is just my view on it, the difficulty could scale at higher level, instead of being HAMSTER at mid level then breeze worthy at higher level.
I can do well in pvp with a gwf with alot of work, but at the same time, I can do better with every other class in pvp with less work and less gear. Yes, they need help.
I would just be stoked having a healer. Anyway I kind of agree with this, however with NW server issues how are you going to tell who dropped out and deserves the penalty, and who got booted by the server?
Do not forget, the 'random Q' is indeed random as well. I have ended up trying to do MD without a healer or tank before. There is no reason for dungeons to be like this if even the Q can not be smart enough to include classes you would need for it.
I'm seeing more and more MMO's that shift over to the 'if you see it drop, its your loot' mentality, rather than 'need and greed' which I might add is such an outdated function it borders on pong. For people not knowing what the system is I describe, its basicly if you see the loot fall on the floor, thats yours. there is…
Its funny, I bought a founders pack and i should probably be more livid than some of these people who have not spent a thing on the game, but oddly I just view it as 'oh good they got another exploit fixed' and move on. Prehaps its age, or the number of MMO's Ive played in my life, but I do not find anything bad about any…
I get that alot, mostly on just about every mmo I have ever been on, and while i thank you for that info it still dosent address the problem of why Cryptic hates money =)
This. also I would rather buy the mount with AD if I can, I spend alot of gold on healing kits and potions at higher levels. AD mostly just sits there until i get large enough amounts to get some key items i want.
meh. I skipped most of them because i simply out leveled the Q, which is saying something I guess. I do not think the dungeon quests are ment to actually do anything other than just point out there is a dungeon, additionally the 'need' spam on everything just turns me off of them. Nothing like spending all that time in Q…
