Afraid to Level (Skermish stuff)

First of all I for the most part enjoy the game, not so much the swarms of creeps with knockdowns at bosses but thats another post which I'm sure alot of people have already covered.

No, this post is about over leveling content, which would be fine even then if you could go back to it to complete it, but in the case of skermish maps you can not. Even missing these would be fine imo since they often dont give anything worth while reward wise, however you tied the titles to these things.

Many of these maps do not pop, or if they do its hours before the Q lets you in. You can spam chat for an hour or so trying to find a group to do it but all that seems to do is annoy people, its also useless if you happened to over level the map (Which is REALLY easy to do).

You can not revisit them as of yet (as far as i know anyway). So here is what I suggest.

1. Remove them as a requirement for the titles, if you can not allow us to revisit them.
2. Have the server keep track of them for later Title use, make a new title just for these when you put in a way to revisit them at higher level.

I figure that would be the simplest thing.

Another way to handle it would be to implement some way to level-lock so you can continue adventuring while waiting on the skirmish queue without having to worry about passing the level limit.

Regardless of the way this is dealt with, it would be nice to add a tutorial or informative mailing/whatnot that is automatically triggered when new players reach the level to queue for their first skirmish so they will realize this is content that cannot be re-visited later once they have outlevelled it. As I was unaware of this at first, I missed the first skirmish completely simply because I didn't realize it could not be done at higher levels.

Since I like to grab all the achievements and titles etc I think they could do something like they could put an NPC somewhere in a place that you can talk to them and you can physically enter the skirmish regardless of level. The dungeon q's have physical doors so why not someone who lets you enter it at any level too? (I'm pretty sure that you can enter it in Hotenow by talking to the dwarf but does that go away?)

I also like the idea of having it like an Epic Skirmish or something if you miss the dead line to complete it at your level. I know that I stop leveling and doing quests until i get accepted into at leased one skirmish event for the titles. If there were epic skirmishes then they would probably put more titles in (if they feel like it) which probably won't unlock the zone title (or it might idk).

Just sucks waiting for an hour to find a party for the q's and they still don't pop sooooo yea :(

I am very glad it was brought up. Leveling here is too easy and most of the time, you miss skirmishes which you cant do later on . Well another way of dealing with that would be making them worth doing , so people would actually queue for them.1k ad is good only when doing blacklake skirmish, cause you can do like 20 during the event. Being able to queue for lower level skirmishes would be awesome also, because lack of knowledge that you cannot go back to join a skirmish and fact that sometimes 2 hrs are not enough to find a group and lets be honest and lower level like pre 50ish you can easily get from 1 skirmish bracket to another if you are simply doing quests and such ( solo even)

I actually wondered my they have not taken the time to put some sort of physical entrance to these things.
