• After each zone you get a quest to return to Sergeant Knox in Protector's Enclave. He will give you a quest to go to the next zone. You don't just go to the next zone and start picking up quests. If he doesn't have anything for you I have no idea. >.>

• 19 is on the high end for Cloak Tower but you can still do it. Sergeant Knox doesn't have any quests for you?

• I'd go for the Rusted personally. Sure the Unearthed has beetles and the book but the chances of getting them are so slim. The rusted have ancient mulhorand gear which actually sells pretty well now.

• The only thing I've noticed is that I have plague fire on it and sometimes the enchantment "skin" will come off the skull and float by the side of my body but a quick relog fixes that.
