• So, I haven't seen a confirmation in the reply's.. read all the pages etc. What are your views on snap freeze vs malevolent surge. I feel it would be fairly challenging to keep a high up-time on malevolent surge and you would benefit more dps from the snap freeze. Would like your opinion. Also I agree the health is more…
