And just as suddenly, it is updating, loading, character screen and I am in the game.

I am getting "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out" when I try to login. The server light is green. This happens whether or not I am launching from Arc or the desktop.

Clicked the free appearance change token in the Zen market and made the "purchase." All appeared to work fine but I never received the token in my inventory. The option in the Zen market disappeared. Still waiting for my token.
