Well they have only them self to blame for not being able to handle all their issues, being greedy, open cash shop instead of having an actual open beta with a character wipe. I had one ticket open for 10 days no response, that is the reason alone I would not put any cash into a game, if something happens to you account…

I do not think a lot of people will continue to put cash into this, the account issue is too too sever, and people will not pull up their visa cards if they do not trust the company. I feel like if you cannot implement a proper account system, maybe just maybe you should not have a system that allows users to buy things…

Well this is just my opinion, but for me a beta test is something that is used to test something, when the testing is done, the game is reset and all characters are removed. This beta gives an unfair advantage against people not in the beta, ie the first persons that gets into the later content can earn a lot of currency.…

Ofc I do not send a lot of tickets with the same issue (My current ticket is they happend to remove all my characters during the mainteneace on thursday). I got quite a different experience in wow, I always got a reply with a couple of hours.

Well when if I was subscribing the argument "Its F2P game, they owe you nothing " would not apply. However you might be correct, they might not get a larger support team.

They game is really nice and the combat has the most fuild feel of any game I have played so far, comparing with Tera and Reckoning. The only bad part is the F2P, instead of having F2P or subscription.

Well is not that the idea? To open a game with cash shop as a F2P game in beta. There are a lot of bugs -> its a beta I dont get any support all my characters are gone -> its F2P we owe you nothing.

Would love to see a 20-30$ subscribe option, as long as you pay you can play with that account. I mostly like this because I cannot stand the long queue to get support, I am unable to play and It might take 1 week for them to even look at my issue.

Still no response for my ticket, this is a pretty serious issue losing all your characters, never happend to me in an MMO before, but its not like this makes me put cash into this if everything is gone the next time I log in.
