Let me be able to pay for support.

My only big issue with this game is the F2P part, which make it
really hard for me to demand a fast support system, like in
subscription based games.

I much rather pay 20$ a month and get fast support than having
it in its current state.

It seems like this game will never be subscription, so an
option for people like me that dont want to wait 1 week
for a ticket would be to pay for the ticket.

Downside:
If they abuse the system so people are forced to
pay to get support.

Comming from PWE, the downside is most likely to happen if this is implemented.

Champions Online and Star Trek Online are both hybrid MMOs. They are free to play but also offer a subscription option. I hope that Neverwinter would do the same thing but, it remains to be seen if they do. Also, opting for the subscription does not mean you get faster support.

Well when if I was subscribing the argument "Its F2P game, they owe you nothing " would not apply. However you might be correct, they might not get a larger support team.

Give it some time. I imagine the number of tickets is immensely high at the moment and while having to wait bites, it's not different from the situation you experience with much bigger companies. I recall waiting 2-3 weeks for some tickets in WoW, and then I got a form response.

I have a pending ticket too (accidentally sent something to the wrong account), but eventually they will get around to it. Don't send multiple tickets, which is probably one of the main reasons why it takes so long.
Unsure about skills and feats? Check the Master List of Class Builds!

Ofc I do not send a lot of tickets with the same issue (My current ticket is they happend to remove all my characters during the mainteneace on thursday). I got quite a different experience in wow, I always got a reply with a couple of hours.

During heavy load times in WoW, it could take quite a while to handle tickets. My buddy got the newest expac, mists, and he had an issue making a panda character, so he sent a ticket. He had to wait 17 days before he got a response. Alot of people playing means alot of tickets, which means a long wait time. Even for a huge conglomerate like Blizzard.

New game = A lot of issues

Sucks but you are not the only one with problems. Wish some game companies would know how to use beta properly and then there wouldn't be so many issues. I like that they use the excuse of "testing the billing system" in "open" beta, when the game itself needs some improvement.

    Fast Support for subscribed members?

You nuts? If support is any less then 3 weeks, it's fast! GW2? basically free, lightening quick support.
WoW? yep $20 / month, and guess what? Tickets STILL take 1-3 weeks!

Not to mention, I believe we're in Beta? Which means... Game isn't fully released. they're ironing out bugs! Your a BETA TESTER.

Well this is just my opinion, but for me a beta test is something that is used to test something,
when the testing is done, the game is reset and all characters are removed.
This beta gives an unfair advantage against people not in the beta, ie the first persons
that gets into the later content can earn a lot of currency.
You can buy things for real cash in the beta.

I feel that a lot of companies just use the word beta to dont have to be responsible for
releasing content with a lot of issues.

Also for the fact that all the content isnt even out yet. We still have 2 classes on the horizon, as well as a new race soon. A beta test, whether open or closed, is a portion of the game that is unfinished, still being worked on and tested in, and will soon have the rest of the content added in. When we get the other two classes(maybe more) the new race, and perhaps some more paragons paths for all classes, then the game will be in full launch. Perhaps.

The game might not be finished but it is launched. Other than the title they choose to go give it everything about it is completely indistinguishable from a launch. So it is a launch. It might be a launch of a beta stage product, but that doesn't make it a beta test, it makes it a beta launch.

As for support, you have every right to demand it just the same as with any commercial service. From a practical standpoint a little patience might be wise though.
