As I said, I am stacking it on my CW... In groups a CW using control spells will do a considerable amount of AoE damage. At 17% I receive a TON of healing, enough to never need to stand in Astral Shield. I agree that this would not work well with GF or DC but with a GF's typically higher health pool that Regen would work…
