The dragonborn general gives you the Vigilance quests. If you have no journal entry for them then you currently have zero to do and need to either talk to him or talk to the dwarf standing nearby to get a quest which will open up the next section of Spinward Rise. The quest progression for the area is not clear.

Well, if Cryptic caught it and got rid of it, it will likely get remade by the author. "Fast quests" of one sort or the other have been around since the beginning. Other than potentially filling the best lists (which definitely annoys the authors of serious quests), they don't harm anyone.
Buying something delivered over a period of time for currency (even ingame earnable currency) is a subscription. That doesn't mean it's bad, that just means it's a subscription.
I guess they don't care about the people that have problems reading the forums then. Like the original poster said, it's terribad now. It will make people not want to read the forums, and that makes them less likely to play the game, and ultimately, give Cryptic $.
