That's not my 1st MMO. I was in "guilds" in MMO's before. Of course preferable option is guild group, but to be able to rely on it you've got to be in a very big and active guild. In an average guild you'll still need queue quite often which means again horrendous wait times and strange matchmaking bugs.

Yes. That's annoying. Sometimes boss names are in different language. What's more annoying is that player announcements are in the language of player's client.
