Every single time I que for anything, pvp, dungeon, skirmish, I'm the only person on the team who speaks English. How do you fix this? All the dialog is in a different language too. Quite frustrating.
As to your issue of being the only one who speaks English....well, that's part and parcel of being an international game, I suppose. Sometimes that's just how luck of the draw pans out.
Now, as to your dialogue being in a different language, that's another matter. Probably best to post that in the bug section.

Not exactly ALL dialog, just like boss names when I'm in a dung or skirmish. And I think there's some foreign language dialog in pvp, but it's not ALL foreign. Just the pop-ups that everyone sees. Still it's frustrating that it changes like that.

This "problem" of some names of bosses and announcements like someone got a nightmare happened to me.For me languge is german.
I see this too, I think this is a localization problem. My guess is the announcement is shown in the language of the client that found the nightmare mount, instead of being shown to each individual client based on their language setting.
As far as non-English speaking players, yes I see this too. I am playing on Mindflayer and during the times I play I rarely see anyone in zone chat typing in English. I do see it in PE, but in the questing zones, not very often.
In instances or PVP I really wouldn't have a clue if the players read/spoke English because no-one ever communicates in this game in instances. Truthfully most of my dungeon experiences that I've done with groups and not solo, I've felt like I'm playing with AI or bots due to the lack of them talking, answering questions, even saying hello, and blinding running forward argo-ing every mob they can until the party wipes, then doing it again, and again, and again, until everyone leaves the party.

The person who's client first activates the boss fight etc normally results in the instance being announced to the rest of the group in the language their launcher is set to.

I figured it was the language setting of whomever was assigned party leadership, which might amount to the same thing.
The global Nightmare announcements are also based on the language settings of the person who won themselves a fancy horsie. Honestly, I don't understand why more people can't figure that out or feel compelled to whine about it.

The problem is that ALL announcements and chat use the localized version of the client that triggered it.
Instead of using a token that the client translates, the system uses the message from the triggering client!
It could be solved by sending a token for the message or item rather than the whole message, plus this method would use less bandwidth!

For me german names of bosses appeared in instances whan i was solo in there so its not that simple.Im just saying not whining and i dont really care, but if its a bug it should be said.As other languages in chat must say tht 95% of the time im loged in i see only english.
Yes. That's annoying. Sometimes boss names are in different language. What's more annoying is that player announcements are in the language of player's client. Auction house announcements also come in all the different languages. Once I've got an AH mail about me being outbid in German. Other time AH sent something in one of the Slavic languages and tbh that time I didn't have a slightest idea what that thing was about.
What a narb.
You don't have to learn their entire language lol.
All you need to do is learn how to say just a few key phrases.
Dont get me wrong im all for learning, but do u know how many languages are in this world? So i need to learn all the "key" phrases on all languages if i want to play a interational game? The correct way is that ppl learn english(key phrases at least) couse english is at the moment most widely used.

Yes, I'm gonna spend a bunch of time and money on learning other languages so I can better understand some players in an MMO. Your rebuttal?
