Speaking of a Free to Play game that allows proper Respeccing... Tera comes to mind, then again, that game doesn't have talents, it has runes... which are easily swappable, a bit like Diablo 3 ability runes.

You could also choose to position them on "Room Platform" Instead of "Zero-Altitude"

As of now it's only placed in the "Best" Tab, but not as a "daily" Tab since it's only got 8 playthroughs and 5 raters, 4 which gave it 5 and 1 which gave it 4. However if you did enjoy it, please rate it!
