I can confirm that the game has been impacted by rendering issues. I have to drop my graphics render quality to Low or Minimum in order to play the game when a month ago, I was running it smoothly at High Render.
From what I see, the old Spellplague Dungeon from years ago with the Abolethic Overseer was removed from the Dungeon Queues and the MSP was kept to be in line with the TCA Campaign storyline. GWD is a leveling dungeon and I can see why it was chosen to stay.
Can you test to see if maybe it's an ability that is causing it to be removed? I would test it on my ranger but he doesn't have the box. Perhaps it has to do with an encounter that gives you a buff that overrides the +3% Power. Just a theory that could help pin down the bug.
That would be the fix since we were only supposed to receive 200 total. Them granting everyone a free 100 on top of the 200 would satisfy the minimum 200 unfortunately.
I have experienced a similar issue since the Bard Patch. Game will launch into a Black Screen and enter a Non-Responsive state. Workaround: Close gameclient.exe through taskmgr. Relaunch Game. Repeat if loaded into Black Screen until I am able to enter Client.
Something similar happened to my girlfriend during a CR run. The support message she received when we submitted the bug was to "not run the dungeon again". Maybe that'll help?
I believe this has been reported as a bug a few times. It's just a display bug and it properly applies the damage increase to Storm Pillar. Also... The wrong Icon is used in the list.
The fact that Ray of Frost procs things quicker AND has a higher AP gain than Magic Missile makes it a far more valuable At-Will than Magic Missile. Magic Missile really procs Bilethorn a smidge faster than Ray of Frost and that's it. This is why folks choose Ray of Frost over Magic Missile in today's Wizard Builds.
