Vault of Stars- can't loot end chests

Just what the title states. Ran VoS today with some friends and after we beat the final golem, those stupid void pools decided to stick around and prevent us from our two loot chests. We tried waiting. Nothing. We killed ourselves and respawned before the maze(why there) did the maze again and got back to the final boss. Boss is dead, chests are still there, void pools are still there. Still can't loot because the void pools put us into combat. An entire run wasted. It has been over half a year and this is happening still? This problem has been reported before as well. https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/comment/13183566 HAMSTER like this makes people talk badly about your game and leave negative reviews, I would think this would be a priority to fix.

    Something similar happened to my girlfriend during a CR run. The support message she received when we submitted the bug was to "not run the dungeon again". Maybe that'll help?
