Anyone else not able to purchase ZEN today ? I'm using a debit card and can select game amount and server but cannot checkout. Getting endless blue loading / busy symbol. Any ideas gratefully considered.

YAY! Speaking to you from PE I'm back in. Didn't try yesterday at all but today logged as normal and I'm here just had normal event free innvocation and professions. Off to explore now and see if guildies have got on. Thank you community, devs and mods for keeping at it. Happy adventuring.

I too would like clarification about PMing the DXdiag report to Panderus. I had mine ready but it would have made for one huge post. So I attached it and submitted it with a ticket in technical support.

Still cannot get on waited until after patch today but cannot get past Nevewinter loading screen. Have seen posts referring to sending DXdiag report. Have mine available if it is of use where would it be most usefully shared to help resolve this for me and others ?

Still cannot get on to game. After the cryptic screen finishes I cannot get beyond the Neverwinter loading screen also cannot exit the screen. Waited until after todays patch to try but no joy.

Still cannot log on. Been trying for over a week now. Have tried all fixes from forum and from PWE nothing working for me. I can load until Neverwinter splash screen but exeGameClient not responding after that.
