Coupons do not appear to be working

If I double click, I see the reduced amount in the zen market price. But, when I click to purchase, I see the full price again, and the dropdown is greyed out.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Nvm .. apparently there is a lag time for the coupon to register.

    Nope, at least the 15% off any companion coupon is not working.

    On the left the graphic and tool tip says I have a coupon to apply, but the price is full and nothing in dropdown to choose.

    I also noticed the same thing with the 15% of any item coupon.

    OK got it .. companions appear to already be on sale (so confusing) so the coupon cannot apply to something already on sale.

    Having multiple coupons may cause it, also try to close-reopen ur inventory. Did not use any coupon since SH tho.

    I was thinking the same thing and found out that no, you can't double dip. A shame, but probably wise business strategy wise.

    Having the same issue.. trying to apply a 15% "any item" coupon to the Dragonborn Pack".. the coupon dropdown is grayed out.

    Ah.. it seems that relogging fixed it.

    Closing your inventory window will allow the coupon to be selected from the drop down menu in the zen market window.

    Anyone else not able to purchase ZEN today ? I'm using a debit card and can select game amount and server but cannot checkout. Getting endless blue loading / busy symbol. Any ideas gratefully considered.

    Hey guess what they won't fix their problem for you either if you try and use a coupon and it doesn't work, you won't get reimbursed, although you will get apology for not being able to help. Made me feel a whole lot better.....NOT!!! :(

    Coupon is working, relog is workaround, but certainly they feel comfortable with people using less coupons.
