I tried this, but am not having any success. I am never prompted Yes or No, if I already have a PW account. I did have an issue signing up for NW at first, is it possible my account has already been linked? Is there a way to check? I am looking, but I can't seem to find any indication.
I appreciate the assurance that your CS people are working over the weekend (I don't think anyone is surprised to hear that), except that the ticket system also appears to be down - so we can't reach them. Well, i suppose I should say, I can't reach them. Maybe it's just me having that issue.
That must be even more frustrating that my situation, I have yet to see the purchase transaction complete and the only email confirmation I have is from PayPal thus far. Hopefully they get this sorted quickly.
Yes indeed, unfortunately that link still indicates the transaction is "pending" (after about 24 hours) which wouldn't be so bad except that your hours indicate I cannot call today and both of the links to the ticket system appear broken. I tried going to another location to open a ticket, but had no luck there either.
I tried the link, it indicated that my transaction was still pending (from yesterday afternoon). It also advises that if it takes longer than 30 minutes to contact CS; however, I cannot submit a ticket because that system appears to be down also.
