  • I also am not getting all the Beta Email about the character wipe.
  • Yes! Finally! I HAVE FOUND THE MAIL COURIER!!!!
  • Hm... I see a possible roleplay potential here. Maybe the female drow cleric was cursed into male form for some reason. The character could be questing on the surface world, in exile, to try to win their way back to Lloth's favor and become female again.
  • I'll definitely be making a Cleric. I just don't know which race yet, although a Tiefling seems pretty tempting. If the Drow race is available on live, I'll have to see what their racial stat bonuses are. Gotta make use of my Founder's Pack goodies, after all... ;)
  • I did try the right click heal a few times. I didn't use it in instances much, mostly because I only grouped up a few times. When I did use it, it was mostly a few times when people nearby were getting hit hard by mobs. I wanted to see if it would provide more of a heal to them when compared to the single-person heal (and…
  • I am using Windows 8 Pro with Media Center (on a x64 bit machine). It works fine for me. I did make sure that when I first downloaded the game I installed it in Administrative mode though. Since then I've been able to patch and run the game using "normal" user rights. No login yet of course, but I understand from the post…
  • The only way I got it resolved was to use Skrill (not Paypal). See my post here: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?31781-Founder-s-Pack-Report-Purchase-Issues-Here!&p=541811&viewfull=1#post541811
  • Turns out there was one step that needed to be done... A user posted on another thread that I have to enable options on a web page for the forums to "turn on" the title. http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?32191-How-Do-You-Test&p=547081&viewfull=1#post547081 The place to go to is here:…
  • Still no luck on the forum title. I logged out of the web site, rebooted the computer, cleared out temporary files from Windows, and even deleted all perfectworld cookies from my web browser before logging back in. I can see the beta forums though, so something is kicking in...
  • Correct, I got the Hero pack at $199, found on this page: http://nw.perfectworld.com/founderspack/hero. I'll try logging out again and closing the browser. Not quite sure which cache you're referring to, but hopefully a reboot of my computer will clear out anything appropriate. Back in a few. =)
  • I ended up getting a series of Emails once my purchase of the $199 pack went through: -- Perfect World Entertainment - Thank you for your purchase, including a transaction confirmation ID #. -- Moneybrookers (Skrill) - Thank you for your purchase. It will appear on your credit card statement. -- Perfect World Entertainment…
  • Thanks, cmpinpointerror. I look forward to beta! =)
  • Ok, looks like I was able to successfully complete the transaction, but it wasn't the way I had hoped. I ended up using my VISA card with Skrill. I did try to use my Discover with Paypal again, but it wasn't taking it and was giving me the original error message: I have used PayPal in the past, but it's been at least five…
  • There was one other error that popped up briefly, and just once. It said something about having a problem with the web site and to try again later. I just now tried again, but I'm getting the same original error message: I'll try again in about an hour (taking a break now for lunch). If it still doesn't work after I get…
  • I'm definitely having a problem. I'm trying to purchase the $200 pack with my Discover and my VISA cards, but it won't go through. I've tried using Internet Explorer as well as FireFox, and I've even called Discover to make sure there is no security reason why the charge will not go through. Still no luck. Discover card's…
  • I'd like to play an elven cleric. I have always enjoyed having heals at my disposal for myself or my party. -- The Sky is not the limit to Mastery, for (as any science fiction enthusiast can tell you) there are infinite worlds left to explore once the sky is left behind."
