Yup, what Macjae said. I really just want to see more details and a little promotion for the event...after doing all of the CTAs, seasonal events, and so on...I am exponentially more excited for something like this that is a 'new event' altogether.

As an aside, if you open the artifact cache reward for the weekly DR quest the artifact refinement stones will go *poof*....That should probably be looked at eventually.

I went with the Valindra set, Lostmauth is due for a series of nerfs which will likely leave it in a near useless state in the end (see emblem of seldarine)...so those that invest heavily in the LM set are probably going to get burned.

Farming has always been part of MMORPGs...legit non-bot controlled farming to amass wealth, items, resources, whatever...that's just as 'normal' of a session as running two dozen dungeons consecutively or doing forty PvP matches, etc.
