Yeah, that's about what I use it for as well....gearing alts that I either don't have the time for getting better gear or just say "meh.." Oh, and that option exists for drowcraft and seal gear as well.

The gear also scales to level 70/item level 115. Great if you don't have or need something to hold you until you get drowcraft/dusk gear or protector seal gear. FYI: The gear from Sharandar and Dread Ring scales in a similar manner.

To be fair, many people underestimate their power and/or don't stop on a dime. 5 people stopping at a set point is easy. 25 on one head....not so much.

This. Also, if your group is strong enough, they can kill all of the heads in one or two rounds without worrying about whether one falls early. But that takes a pretty overwhelming amount of strength. I only say this because I've actually seen it done on PC. PS4 probably still has a way to go before groups reach that level…

Yeah, OP is pretty overpowered. Protection pallies not as much as devotion pallies due to the bubble nerf. But devotion pallies can heal decently and their heals aren't based on rotations....it's pretty much walk by and poof, you're healed.

The Firemane Lockbox should be released about the same time as Guild Alliances (something like Module 9.5) goes live, as that's when it was released on PC as well. Assuming that correlation exists. Right now PS4 is on the Module 9 build.

In all seriousness, they aren't just gonna dole out a purple or orange companion for the heck of it. Even for Gateway. Blue is probably the best they'll do.
