Difficulty is absolutely all over the place and seems to change on undocumented stuff. Last sunday, it was about ok. Yesterday it was very easy. Today it is impossible. Please review your code, because there is no way this is working as intended.

OK, if you are thinking a 1 vs 1 pvp, sure. But that is a very special situation, most of the time, even in PvP, you will find yourself with more than 1 enemy around.

I will give you one: With their multiples prones, lunging strike, and good resistance, GFs do just about fine in PvP. Buff them and you are likely to create a PvP machine that can barely be stopped (Think GWF 2 months ago).
You are either kidding, a complete incompetent, or simply lying in the forums so that the devs do not know what is going on. The charge time is, anytime you have 3 or so mobs on you, is around 10 seconds if that. In PK you can charge it every 3 seconds.

TBH...have not noticed significant damage change as a GF. It is just easier to understand now. Before: 25 power = +1 damage on cleave, but who knows how many on other skills. Now: 160 power= +1% damage on everything. Other classes may be more affected.
What you are asking is esentially to have paragon paths/feats give different functionality/role to the class. I have nothing againts that, but the developers seem firmly opposed to that.

Forget about your little delusions: 160 power = +1% damage/heal. So even a 9k power GWF (!) only gets +1350 power. Going from 156,25% damage to 164,7. That is a 5,4% increase. I'd say you have very good chances, even as a run-of-the-mill GF, I have not had much trouble finding groups. Most people are decent players, too, so you should be able to get a solid group, even if far behind the cookie-cutter-cheese optimized ones.
Very much agreed, specially on defensive feats, ICD ruins the whole thing. What is the point of a mitigation ability that you can not control? Also, add some boons to that list. In particular the "heal yourself for 400 HP", with 60s ICD is absolutely hillarious.

I think what people are fearing is being FORCED into PvP, either by exclusive rewards given by PvP (seems it won't happen) or, much worse, by having to play in a World PvP area, something that we have known for 10 years that doesn't work.

GFs don't have issues. They have subscriptions. 1) No real role in high end dungeon.
