My computer is 12 years old. I've been using windows 7 since it came out. I hate the look of both windows 8 and 10. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Though with the recent change to Neverwinter, I'm less sad about quitting the game. I've had some good times in game, but I've honestly started moving on to other games in…
If you want a strictly healing companion, get an Apprentice Healer. Get him to purple and he's pretty effective. He has an AoE Radiant attack that hits all nearby enemies while healing you, and he'll throw a healing buff on you that does a heal over time. The Man-At-Arms companion is a good tanking companion. He draws the…
You do realize that the areas that were removed are not gone. They have been shelved, so that the story for those areas can be reworked, updating the quests, so that you can go back and do them as end game "epic" adventures. But for the time being, Blacklake District, Tower District, Blackdagger Ruins, Helm's Hold,…
I'm curious about inscribed garments, the ones that gives stat bonuses and +10% exp each (+20% total). With the changes coming to mod 21 and leveling based upon completion of story, does that mean that they will be just standard equipment that levels with you, or just totally obsolete? And if they become obsolete, do you…
The regular black lake district was removed so that people would not feel a repeat of area content when they have to go back in later modules, such as Cloaked Ascendency.
I don't know if it's as intended, but when I visited the dragon areas in Neverdeath, etc. I noticed that they're missing. Is this as intended? Are those encounters gone now?
No, the new level cap is level 20. The leveling experience has been adjusted so that you'd have the same stats and abilities at level 20 that you previously had at level 80. Perhaps take a screenshot of your level 80 character's stats, then transfer a copy to the preview server and take a look. Compare the stats. You won't…
I have had this EXACT same experience. Created and was playing a Bard. My friend brought his rogue. Neither one of us could get in. The door sparkles, indicating that we can enter, but we can't. It's as if the door doesn't exist. I talked to several others who have had the same problem. I was enjoying the leveling…
the crate has "worn" sewing needles, which is what you have to use until the profession is at level 10. After that, you can go to the profession vendor and buy better tools, or get them on the AH. If you're having an issue, try restarting the game, restarting steam, or submit a ticket.
I've used azure enchantments, rank 7 for years for xp boost. They gave +11%. I was fine with this. When I came back to the game about 3 weeks ago, I saw they were giving around +24%. Then the roll out of the new combat and they were giving +48%. Now they've been nerfed to +1.8%?! Why not just return it to what it used to…
I took a break back in early 2018 because of having to take care of an ailing family member. Came back recently and made a new control wizard to get used to the changes. I had just finished tower district, being level 18 and had picked up "nest egg" mission (kobolds in the sewers) when the patch deployed. I was using the…
