Bump. Also considering this Instigator build. Feats for this one are pretty obvious, though I'm still torn between the three Class Features. I really like the looks of Destroyer's final feat... but Instigator kind of seems more useful for AoE DPS, which is what this class leans towards. Thoughts?

I'm guessing he means the Relentless Battle Fury feat (since his reply was even more vague than the original statement), which reduces the cooldown of Takedown, Roar, and Battle Fury by 25%. I think there should be a "Dungeon Delves Counter" that can stack up to, say, 5-10, and you gain a "charge" every 3 hours. So if you're offline at work/sleep/school/whatever you can build up your "Delve Counters" and then use them up when you have time to play.
