Hmm isnt that great, but is something, an extra healing is always an extra healing. Do u know if can crit ? An auto healing that can crits would be awesome.
I made some tests with shield, using alchemy's poison, and my conclusion is: Normal shield: 50% reduction on first strike, 10% when "reduced" Tabbed shield: 80% reduction on first strike, 47.5% on first reduction, 15% when fully reduced.
Actually, both range and heal radius are 60', but the healing is the same ( if not weaker ) than a SunBurst. I think its heal should be based on Max HP or get an increase based on missing HP, or even based on damage dealt.
I think its intended, cuz heals from AS will be considered as encounters, but maybe I just read wrong.
