Cannot upgrade structures also, neither in rthe window opened when u click the structure sign, neither from main menu at guildhall NPC

Any news from Devs strumslinger? We've got several updates and patches up since this comment, but none adressed this bug that is still the most annoying/frustating/offpissing (if u will) thing for a GWF

It got more often now on new skirmishes and within demogorgon. IDK the reason, but im experiencing it a lot since new module is on. Hope you guys find a solution. If there is any known workaround please lemme know. REgards

Greetings neverwinter. New module is on and running, but there were any changes that could/would help small guilds to improve strongholds. Well i see many problems related with guild / stronghold. I hope Devs and Admins hear us a bit and come down with some changes on next updates

There is a discussion ongoing from a diferent perspective --> http://forum.arcgames.com/neverwinter/discussion/1205375/stronghold-for-smaller-guilds I think solving this issue (smaller guilds impossibility to level up SH) will decrease significantly the issue of ppl joining/buying gear/leaving stated.

I like the alliance idea, tecnically it would mean guild A, guild B and guild C would share same stronghold instance. It would work out and keep guilds identity unchanged. I can forsee some bitching around building / boon choices, but that would be a fair tradeoff for us smaller guilds

Isnt there any SLA from your service providers so you can tell us the standard ETA for this type of problems?
