The only time I have seen that is when they are able to group a bunch of mobs then cast AS, wait for them to drop out of the ball and then use shield on them which I guess regenerates a lot of action points. Valid points. I am going for a more balanced build also and looking to raise defense, recovery and critical strike. Seems my biggest issue is power. I think the optimal power score is about 2000. I think I read that any more than that is negligible but it seems like all gear has power and I end up with much more than 2000.…

So on another thread I started on a different topic, someone mentioned that the keys are going for much more than the zen shop cost. I guess that would be one example of a way to make AD but wow, how many keys would you have to sell? I could probably make more questing and invoking.

Okay, well I am new to the game and was looking for ideas. To date I have upgraded my bank once, I bought one 24 slot backpack. On the AH I bought a hero. I wondered if it was worth it to roll the dice and try the chests (which I have over 100 now) or buy the profession booster packs as well. I haven't bought any though…

Sad to say but it's mainly because ESO is now on the backburner, EQ Next probably not till next year and I don't think there will be any other titles this year.

Let me ask about heroes. If I want to get a couple at least, what would be the cheapest method? Buying them off the AH? The zen store? Or opening some type of box that has them? Not sure what box but I think I read that they can be found in a box of some sort.

I originally was looking at my profession screen and saw that I can open up a slot by accomplishing a task with 100% speed bonus. I still don't get how to do this. Can I get some clarification about this? I am new to the game and don't really get it. Are you saying that I can upgrade my own workers? I think right now I can make my own mercenary. Is that the only person I can make? Are the mercenaries the one of which I would need 16 of to start upgrading?

Unfortunately icewinddale is not on the Dragon server. Took about 7 days to figure it out though... So I am still looking for an active guild on Dragon. I'm about level 42 now. Looking forward to some meeting some new people. Game gets a little lonely.

I've only been playing the game for just over a week. What I read was that the way to do it was to identify everything and then throw it on the AH as items that are unidentified do not sell for much.

I have not clue what PW as thinking when they created so many currencies. I have to keep my calculator open on another screen just to make a purchase. Every time I buy something I have to figure out if it's cheaper to buy it on the AH or the Zen store or the vendors or..... I think it is ridiculous.

Perhaps that is technology that PW doesn't currently have OR PW is addressing more glaring issues prior to launch. I believe they will get around to updating the bidding system.

So I take it this is not a new issue? I just started playing for the first time last night and was disconnected at least 5 times in 3 hours. Very frustrating and then having to go back and run the same areas over again. Any suggestions? Does everyone deal with this or only certain computers?
