I had to modify both my charachters (needed to add a tattoo) and I have to say that, given it some time to get used, the new faces aren't so bad... of course you have to put some effort into balancing and resizing facial features, but I think they are ok. thumbs up for the new added hairstyles, also :)

I generally go for something like this, for both PVE and PVP. yes I actually die a lot, that is my main problem... I had never considered Aimed Shot (due to its relatively slow charging and the rather high chance of someone interrupting you, I never tried it in pvp, but I surely will :) ).
