Ive been working on a ranger build, its full combat with building up defence/deflect/ regen really high, it makes you fairly tanky. U can hit higher dr than a gf if in a 1v1 situation, and higher deflect than a gf/gwf/dc. With almost 0 withdrawls to your offensive stats

Pretty much this. Very good post. But I do have to admit. The neverwinter pvp community is THE WORST pvp community I've ever seen on any mmo I've played. I've never seen so many cry babies and whiners in my life its absurd..

Legen artifacts are pointless u only need 1 max. I have the cash for 10 but I only have 1. They aren't worth it. As for enchants the diference from rank 8 to 10 really is small imo. Im thinking that gf should have 2tabs maybe. The mark is needed for pve. But maybe add one that regens block to full or makes your shield unbreakable for a certain time. 2 modules later and I'm still using gear that was from vanilla game, so you don't need that much additional farming with new mods bar the boons. And the prices being high is good, cn is basically bis and if it was cheap that's gg to the whole econemy

YES! gwfs need dodges, stealth, and shocking execution as an atwill. we should also give them a shield and a bow. how about ranged attacks and skills too. i mean they're so underpowered right now and they need a ton of attention. idk why this game is so unfair to gwfs

on my ranger i have it built with really high defence/deflect/hp/regen then spec into archery. with the upcoming nerf combat will be more viable, seeing as how the cap stone for archery is getting almost removed. but with a tanky setup u can do whatever u want with your ranger because u can actualy survive in close combat.…

i get from 1-60 in 9-15 hours usualy, depending on the class. i use the tarmulen bar exp boosts till 40 and i use 3 rank 10 azures in utitily slots lvl 20-60. also a fast mount and the ancient mullhorrand weapons help alot

Nononono. How it works is when u get a crit. It gives your next hit 100% chance. Also when u don't crit u gain 5% crit. So u can asume ur critting almost constantly

The common gf cant counter a gwf. There's very few built the right way atm. I know my gf can't handle my gwf unless I re built and changed gear. But any ranger can cause any gwf grief

Personaly I run archery. And even combat is viable. But save that kind of playstyle then druid comes out, its rumored to be next class

When near bis gear like cn dips below 400k they change cn in some way to make the price go back up where it should be. Balancing the econ and pve. That's y small changes and fixes happen instead of all of a sudden everything changes. Cn has been modified almost every month

Well seeing as how u can make 1-5mil a day if effort is put forth, I don't see why 50k ad is a problem. I transmute gear all the time

Running a ranger like a druid will be very hard to do in general. And yes the buffs only affect party members.

Your nerfing yourself if you don't jump df. It looks very flashy and fluid when you do it aswell. And the combat in this game is great. The lack of pvp content is the games downfall, there's not much end game. But just try df jumping. Do it in stealth so u go farther and don't get cced in the middle of it

Gwf do need something nerfed I agree with that. But something small. Only rangers can counter them atm and people want to nerf rangers so there's 0 counters.
