I noticed that too while completing the dailies in the new zone. Had the spam the key. I thought it was because of lag.
The stop on cast is maybe a lag fault, cause i can cast it w/o problem.
Real problem is another....if in unstoppable (it's supposed) i'm immune to all except dmg, why the ranger's trap pull me back when i try to run? Bug? Unstoppable fix? Trolled??
Plus, unlike the CW, the HR has Melee abilities. So, once the gwf comes near, the battle is not over. Among all the ranged classes, the HR is the last that should have a unstoppable-immune power.
May the devs fix the bug, or if -beyond any mogic- it is WAI, then may they change the name into Unnoticeable or SomehowUnstoppable, or keep the unstoppable disabled vs HRs but boost it against the other classes.

what scares me is not that, problems should be fixed. but hey, they nerfed ranger so much already, i am ready to see it as a ****ty class for very long time u ntil they do something about it if they really make their roots dont go through itc/unstoppable.
scares me that a lot people undergeared give their opinions on these forums complaining of how op is it, or how op is that, when they are low gs/low skilled fighting better people.

That has nothing to do with 'counter'. A bug is a bug. And a senti is not really a danger. Only for paper Dps. Second not the whole GWF class is strong.

The issue is pretty simple. Due to imbalance with burst damage during BETA and classes able to 1 shot or single rotation 100 to 0 players. Players created counters with tanker classes and creative builds to counter the games high burst. Since then the meta has slowly changed to most classes going tanky so they too can't be 100 to 0.
But with the addition of the new Artifacts and ridiculous amounts of Regen & +Healing those bruisers (GWF/GF) are now even tankier. While not losing any of their damage and some even gaining damage.
How other games have resolved the issue was to create a PvP stat such as resilience or something similar. This stat reduces damage vs other Players ONLY and then nerf Regen in PvP. Then also create new line of PvP gear that has 4pc bonuses and stats designed towards killing other players. This way players want to run their PvP gear in PvP vs. mix-match PvE gear.

i dont think gwf deserves a huge nerf or soemthing. i see low lvl gwfs do pretty bad on pugs. and as a gwf, i can't tank 2 equal gear cws for a long time, i may kill one, but once ice knife pretty much takes more than half hp. especially now that they got more attributes due artefacts and stuff.
but i do agree that threatening rush maybe should be a little bit reworked. I don't it should be "removed" from gwf, just reworked, to keep gwf as a strictly "meele" class.
one way to fix it is shorten a little bit the range of Threatning rush, that be done cws on 1 x 1 will have a better chance.

it changes the whole game to be honest. a lot players don't like that separate pvp opts from non pvp options, like star wars, and others online games.
a lot people would quit because of these.
some people enjoy the fun of gathering gear that work for both ways, introducing pvp set would only separate the two worlds, and to be honest, even tho I am main pvper, pvp and pve has to be connected in the game for it to be fun. at least that works for me, and it was the reason I quit guildwars 2 and SWTOR.

Of course many ppl speak about pug pvp or they have very few experience in that. GWF don't kill EVERY class; a same lvl gear CW or TR can kill me as i can kill them. Is it normal that many GWF go with a tank build for pvp, ice knife can crit for 20k or more, TR can 2-3 shot destro or instigator gwf, GF can chain knockback everything; so a sentinel lost A LOT of dmg to gain a lot of defence. I don't see the point ppl say "threatering rush" might be refixed. With my 4600 attak power i can hit a well geared mage only for 900-2000 max crit and i assure u that a well geared CW is a pain. About ranger i don't understand where is the nerf. In pvp i always see rangers kill CW, TR easly, but it's not normal to control a char that have a skill to "avoid control", that's all.
