• We are finding mixed results because some of the members of the alliance are able to pick up the quest in GH<10 but they started it before hand. Others cannot access it at all :( oh well

• Even though your talking in terms of damage there is a cap to the amount of temp hp you can have in a PVE tanking scenario. Interesting thoughts though
