Get to the master spy

Use ciphers to summon master spy

Master spy disappears before i get a chance to kill it.

Did this 10 times in a row in a hour.

    Did the map change to day time while you were doing this?

    Negative. 3 attempts at day and 3 attempts at night. No changeover
