Unless something has changed auction fees are set based on a % of the starting bid and or the buyout price. On cheap items you can lose money on a buyout fee pretty easily, so the better strategy is to set a low starting bid and hope that with-in those 5 days a bidding war starts. Level 60 stuff is likely to have buyouts…

That is an end-game area, and since Elemental Evil raised the level cap to 70 you aren't ready for the end-game content anymore. Play the mod 6 missions which are designed to get you from 60-70 and then you'll be ready to go back. I got 1-shotted by a Redcap so I feel your pain.

I was playing Sharandar when the server went down so yesterday I was booted into the same spot where I was killing some weak little Redcaps only this time I got 1-shotted.

I'm using a laptop with a GTX 460m with everything maxed out and my frame rate is fine. Maybe a driver problem?

Premium mounts aren't a bad idea because they can be used by all the characters you create on your account, except for mounts found in lock boxes unfortunately. I currently have 7 characters and 3 premium mounts. Keep an eye on the weekly sales. Right now the White Tiger is on sale, I can't wait for the Drake to go on…

It makes since that they would include the base campaign and Tyranny of Dragons first if they couldn't have everything ready at launch because the rest is all endgame content. ToD is midgame content that you can choose to do at level 30 I believe, which I highly recommend unless you don't like ganging up on massive dragons.

Isn't that rule still in effect that limits the amount of money you can spend on your first play-through? I don't think new guys could pay to win now if they tried.

I compared mine that I got yesterday to pictures and I don't see any difference in the look of the face. It seems like a bug. He seems to have the exact same idle animation as the Armored Bear. How long has he been doing this?

Now the idle animation for the Owlbear is just him shaking his head left and right a couple times. I left my new Owlbear idle for at least 10 minutes and he never did the animation in that youtube video. I can't believe they changed it, it was hilarious.

Someone doesn't like stacks and stacks of money. Pseudodragon, and Red Dragon Ioun stone should be sellable on the AH due to their BoE status.

Check the AH price on Pseudodragon. You are likely making more than before, and that is with the Pseudodragon at a relatively low current price. I believe I bought mine for 4.2 million.

The Doohickey in my inventory says "You deal 1,153 damage to your targeted foe and nearby enemies." The Doohickey on the AH says "You deal 2,410 damage to your targeted foe and nearby enemies." On a bit of a side note, what were Blueprints and the Doohickey under on the AH. I heard about their pricing but I never saw a single one?

6 total characters (one from each class). "just so i understand; i can buy 10 blueprints off zenstore for $500k and get doohickey but they sell for 1.3million?" 10 Blueprints are 1100 Zen on the Zen store (110 each * 10) 550,000 diamonds. If you are willing to buy Zen with real money that is the way to go.

Not exactly. When you trade a Doohickey and don't get the App of Gond you get a level 5 or 6 device to relevel to a Doohickey (level 7), and try again. When you are fighting in Neverwinter you get grommets that are dropped which you refine for prizes. In order to speed up this process level 6 of all professions except leadership allow you to get special refining items for this event. There is no new profession just a new task at level 6 of other professions.

Keep some Zen on hand at all times if you are concerned the exchange won't come through in time, if you need your diamonds again they can be traded back in the blink of an eye. I can't imagine PWE would be too crazy about Cryptic selling all their premium companions for in-game currency so I wouldn't count on it.

The Cat is pretty cool but I believe the Ioun stone is better spec wise. The chicken is probably the best though. Start creating Foundary missions so you can unlock the Icosahedron stone, it's no chicken but it's free.

How can Cryptic be fully transparent with players, while still keeping their full strategy a secret from AD sellers? Also, how can Cryptic give unrestricted AH access to customers who buy a Zen pack, and keep AD sellers from purchasing a Zen pack to dodge the restrictions designed specifically to block them?
