• Having this same problem, but for some reason, when I record it in fraps, it doesn't show the flickering. Could it be a refresh rate issue, since fraps only records at 30 fps?

• I think we're ignoring the bigger problem here. STO has declared war on us and are currently heading towards Faerun at warp 10. We need to prepare our defenses.
