Abilitys flickering

I am seeing the abilitys flicker when opening the screen to look at them...very annoying..anyone else seeing this? They are just flickering at a fast pace making them hard to read.

Windows 7 64-bit
HD 7970

    I also have this problem but it is intermittent.

    Windows 7 64-bit
    nVidia GeForce GTX 590
    2560x1440 fullscreen resolution

    Can you post a video? You can capture it with FRAPS.

    Having this same problem, but for some reason, when I record it in fraps, it doesn't show the flickering. Could it be a refresh rate issue, since fraps only records at 30 fps?

    Did you guys change the UI scale? I had mine at 1.20 and I had this problem but going back to 1.00 fixed it for me.

    I just found this fix when I was looking for a fix for the stat scores bug; numbers floating to the right after a boss fight constantly and making them unreadable.
