How about just putting a holder cache to choose the missing item for people who complete say 50-100 combined Major/Heroic - mail it to the folks who've done this already. If its BoP no big mess to the economy with it. What could be unfair about that? It's already an achievement, so why not add a predictable reward for it…

Also forgot to mention, I've counted over the last few days where Shadow Strike mis procs, and does nothing. Goes into full 15 second cooldown but doesn't do anything for stealth. Seems like it's when in the middle of mob fights. So I don't know if this is because of a certain environmental condition or what. But it's…
