You know that Weapon and Armor enchants are expensive for folks to upgrade and have to use co wards as well even from shards to rank 7, and then rank 8–10 and so on. I have this same issue too on xb1. I tested and found that it allowed me to delete 2 of my characters from those 2 free slots, but I couldn't do so on my other 3 characters from paid character slots. Has anyone here submitted ticket to report this issue to Support team?

Hi, I am having the same issue on Xbox where it only allowed me to delete characters from 2 free character slots, but I can't delete my other 3 characters from paid slots. I don't know why, but this is very frustrated! Did you submit ticket to Tech Support about this yet?

OMG, right on, zephyriah! I just check my character's potion tray, and right there it is in one of the potion slots! LOL I didn't pay attention at all in that tray to see it! Thx so much, my friend!
