My E/Fire Greataxe has the Reaping Strike power active (only one currently available), and I'm experiencing the Determination issue. I don't have Reaping Strike slotted as an at-will.

3 times in a row I've failed a boss-fight, now, because Determination has failed to move when taking a LOT of damage. I've gone through an entire Stone of Health in a week, because I don't have access to the heal from Unstoppable when Determination doesn't work...

I get the occasional rubber-banding (maybe once or twice a day for a few seconds), but generally my connection appears to be stable. I can move around in combat fine, but no amount of incoming damage, use of At-Will skills, Sprinting, etc results in my Determination bar moving when it decides to randomly break.

I'm seeing the same, where my Determination bar randomly doesn't even budge, even when I've taken 70-80% of my entire health-bar in damage - it's getting me killed, a LOT. I've only just come back to the game, after a very long time away, and it feels like my primary character (which was fun to play) is practically useless…
