This makes absolutely no sense to me. How can they release an entire expansion, but something as simple as a potion is not going to be ready for months after the release of the expansion. And if that is true, then why even mention them. This is baffling to me.

I have tried several different belts, and I haven't found any epic belts for CW that can be transmuted. And I've noticed that with most of the necklaces too. What gives? What purpose does this serve making these items not transmutable? If anything it seem contrary to the PW theory that the more AD people spend, the better.…
