  • I'm pretty sure you get the daily skirmish and pvp quests at lvl 20. You can just drop the purchasing powers quest by opening the quest log and clicking abandon. If you do things a bit in the wrong order you can't apparently complete it at all, so I had to abandon it too on one of my characters.

  • I tip if I enjoyed the quest. The amount depends on how much effort the author seems to have put into the quest and exactly how much I liked it.
