Dude you know nothing. I'm lv 70 and I spent 75 power points and I still have free 11 points, yet i cannot use them. My character is bugged.

Appearently bugs make my character very special. So special that I cannot upgrade my powers and feats.

No, check out the forum. There are a lot of people with the same problem after respecing. Do not suggest others to respec untill this is fixed. It's a bad advice. Also a waste of money.

It happened to me aswell. Somehow Devs manage to mess something up with "Antialiasing" and it causes this. If you disable "Antialiasing" from the display menu. The problem will disappear. But this is a temporary fix. Antialiasing needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
