Mythic Artifact Rank Confusion

Hey Everybody,

Today I read this on Elemental Evil release the patch notes; "Artifacts may be refined up to rank 120 in the new Mythic quality."

But on the preview server Artifacts can be refined to rank 140. So I'm a little confused. Which one is the real deal?
120 or 140?

    Final patch note is always outdated stuffs.

    if the patch notes say it then its 120

    Even in the patch note they mention rank of other items as "130/132" etc. It's likely just a typo.

    Artifacts can now reach Rank 140 and have the new Mythic quality (Teal colored if you are interested).
    Artifact gear, main hand, off-hand, belts and necks, are still limited to Legendary quality and Rank 60.

    Thank you for the clarification and I do hope that the Artifact equipment quality limit remains at legendary in future :)

    Who knows .... a while ago it was said that it would increase only 20 lvls ... then we are faced with 40 lvls.

    To realize the confusion that they are having. In patch note official says 120 ... and then we learn that in fact is 140.

    I think we need to have more transparency and do what I say was.

    Is it possible we're confusing the new item level ranking on gear with refinement level? Just throwing that out there.
