I WAS getting BSODs until I uninstalled and reinstalled ARC and Neverwinter...now this is what I get...the 'Loading. Please wait.' box. I am in the same boat. I haven't gotten any replies as yet.

I like your thinking! They would be making at least $100 from me from this 'Black Ice' event. Ho-hum...well, I can't spend the money on a game I can't play...see you on Star Wars: The Old Republic, or World of Warcraft, or Star Trek Online (without ARC).

I can't. I finally got rid of the BSOD issue that has plagued me since the most recent patch (last week sometime), but to do that I had to uninstall and reinstall Neverwinter and ARC. Now, after reinstalling both, I have the login 'black screen' that says 'Loading. Please wait,' so I guess that's progress... :\ I think…

Mine goes to the BSOD...I can't even download the most recent patch without it crashing Windows.

Ok tried STO with ARC, and it froze on the 'loading game, pelase wait' screen (launcher), so on a whim, I tried again without using ARC, and it works fine. I think ARC is frakked. :mad:

Yeah, I am having issues with the patch myself. At a certain point, it crashes my OS (Win7 Home) to the blue screen. I'd post it but the OS crashing prevents a screenshot. I see what happens now, when you log in for 7 days and get one of those coins... I am going to try STO to see if it's an issue with ARC. I will let you…
