    I think they problem maybe rather on your side. I can log into the game for days and play it and don't know anyone who still can't...

    I can't. I finally got rid of the BSOD issue that has plagued me since the most recent patch (last week sometime), but to do that I had to uninstall and reinstall Neverwinter and ARC. Now, after reinstalling both, I have the login 'black screen' that says 'Loading. Please wait,' so I guess that's progress... :\ I think it's important to note that STO via ARC is also doing the same thing (the black loading screen), but without ARC, it seems to load perfectly.

    I am using Windows 7 Home (premium)
    Intel I7-2600 cpu, 3.7
    nVidia GeForce 560ti, 2gb, driver vers.:337.88

    I hope this gets fixed soon. :(

    I like your thinking! They would be making at least $100 from me from this 'Black Ice' event. Ho-hum...well, I can't spend the money on a game I can't play...see you on Star Wars: The Old Republic, or World of Warcraft, or Star Trek Online (without ARC).

    I am guessing that nothing new has happened yet? I really like this game, and hope they can fix it.
