You can contact the BBB or go to your Bank and request a charge-back directly. If you paid for the game through Paypal then there are channels there you can use to request for a refund on your purchase.
Sometimes banks will require some kind of proof of communication with the company on the issue, depending on how long it's been since the initial purchase. If this is it then that's fine. If you've never had a problem great, shut up.
