OK. I don't get the fix for the bolded and underlined note. What was the problem actually?

Sporadically down. Can login to gateway. 80% of the time, will get "Loadnig Timeout Error" Sometimes, i even have difficulty logging in to the game client itself. Timeout when trying to access char select screen. Me thinks the server needs a reset....

Add the Neverwinter client as well The launcher launches fine, server is "up" But attempting to login says "Too many attempts, please try again later.

AGREE with above post Promotions are usually held for many reasons, primarily for generating revenue but it can also be used to clear stocks. I'm just gonna walk away from this promo Given what has happened the entire week, i don't wanna login when i happen to have the time to play, only to be greeted by "Server Instability Issues" and miss out on the end promo..

Managed to login, then got logged out. rinse repeat. definitely something wrong with server
