My shadows (and everything else) are already turned to low/minimum for the sake of performance. Besides, even if I wanted to change an option...the persisting problem is that we can't get into the game in -any- way.
Going to concede to the fact that it was a poorly-managed patch, considering hours later we still don't have so much as confirmation that a problem exists on their end.
